Then pay a visit to the Kyoto home of the Tokugawa Shogunate from feudal Japan before checking out the grounds of the Heian Shrine in the heart of the city. Check out a stunning view of the city from the popular Kiyomizu Temple and then end the day at the Fushimi-Inari Shrine and walk through its many torii gates lined up to form unique hallways. Golden Pavilion See this amazing building with your own eyes. It is AWESOME.              Nijo Castle This castle was the Kyoto home of the Tokugawa Shoguns of feudal Japan.              Heian Shrine The heart of the city, visit the Heian Shrine's beautiful grounds. Kiyomizu Temple Quite possibly the best view of the city can be seen here.              Fushimi-Inari Shrine End the day at the Fushimi-Inari Shrine, unique for its many torii gates.
